OUTREACH TO THE COMMUNITY

Outreach to the Community is important at our parish.
Our parish center houses a very small lending library and book and icon shop for those who wish to nourish their minds and hearts. Our parish also has been given equipment to assist those who are physically challenged. We are happy to lend these out on an as-available and as-needed. |
Project H.O.P.E
On the third Saturday of every month, the parishioners of St Gabriel go out into the street and feed the people less fortunate and who have fallen on hard times. Regardless of their situation, they are God's children. If any of you are interested in helping in any way please, call Bob at 336-9393. Any used clothing, coats, blankets would be so welcome. If you have anything, bring it to the church, thanks. The basket under the St. Nicholas icon is for the Poverello House. We donate to the Poverello House and they in turn supplement our H.O.P.E program.
